Full-time opportunity at Valpas! We are looking for a customer-focused jack of all trades to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. Flexible start date in May/June. As a Customer Success Manager you will take care of our business mostly around the EU but also globally (like Japan!) as we grow fast, and help the company:
- Onboard new member hotels
- Ensure renewals of our existing member hotels
- Sign new hotels through member referrals, inbound requests and own sales development
- Upsell existing member hotel groups and individual multi-owners
- Support existing clients ad hoc when needed
- Feed the product team with insights of your customer conversations
You are probably a good candidate if you:
- Are enthusiastic about our purpose, product, and traveling
- Speak and write fluently English
- Have experience in working for a small company and selling to hospitality or travel companies
- Are entrepreneurial, resilient, and thrive in environments of extreme independence
- Enjoy and connect with new people naturally and want to help them succeed
- Get often complimented for active and attentive listening skills
- Turn social situations effectively into win-win outcomes, always with high integrity
