Why this role matters

We're looking for a seasoned, entrepreneurial operator to take full ownership of company operations. This is not about managing back-office tasks - this is about running the business alongside the CEO and ensuring we scale with excellence.

You’ll own the entire operations function globally: from production, logistics, finance ops to customer onboarding and experience. You’ll bring strategic vision to how we scale – but also get your hands dirty to execute. You’ll build systems that are lean, AI-powered, and ready for 10x growth without 10x headcount.

You’ll be the steady hand that ensures the company runs on time and on budget globally, while continuously improving the engine underneath.

Your week might look like:

• Reviewing the operational dashboard with the CEO to assess cash flow, supply alignment, and delivery velocity across markets
• Leading a cross-functional review to reduce install lead time from 15 to 7 days without sacrificing experience
• Hiring and coaching the next wave of operational talent, and designing the structure they’ll scale within
• Working with Finance to ensure quarterly forecasts are sharp, and budgets tracked to the cent
• Partnering with Product and GTM to translate our European customer operations playbook to Japan—adapting it thoughtfully to local context
• Thinking ahead: designing logistics and fulfilment to support entry into the US in 2026

What we’re looking for

• Senior operator with end-to-end experience running business operations in a growth-stage tech company
• Deep comfort owning complex logistics, forecasting, budget management, and customer experience across 20+ markets
