Valpas sets a new globally-recognised standard, certifying hotels in real time as bed bug-safe – meeting the #1 guest concern in hospitality today across 80+ destinations and 30,000+ rooms, from Anantara to Marriott.
Bed bug safety is a trust and booking-confidence attribute travellers already act on. Valpas is turning that attribute into the standard: verified in real time and recognised where booking decisions are made – OTAs, AI booking tools, and corporate procurement.
We're 15 people strong and growing 2x YoY. You'll join a deeply committed, international team backed by world-class partners and investors.
We've built a new hospitality standard. Now we need to make sure every hotel – from top boutique hotels to global brands – gets the full value of joining it.
The attribute is finding its place as a standard across the global travel and hospitality ecosystem. As Head of Success, you'll make sure members unlock its value across their properties and all the individual platforms they use – including the ones we're not in yet – and turn each new unlock into growth for the whole network.
Success is our strongest growth engine. Our members love the attribute and certification, and it shows: a +96% renewal rate. Your mission is to protect that number while the network doubles – and to push it even higher, turning every thriving member into referrals, advocacy, and stories the whole industry hears.
There is a proven success playbook. But as the value of Valpas across the ecosystem keeps increasing, you'll co-create the next chapter and keep writing it with the support of our founder-CEO.
